New Meetup Group! DIY Sports Injury Solutions

DIY Sports Injury Solutions

Are you someone who likes to fix things themselves? Are you also someone who plays hard and has the occasional injury? This group will focus on do it yourself techniques to rehab yourself from injury. We'll discuss current soft tissue techniques, stretches and exercises that can be done at home, office or with a partner to help you heal fast. Some of the most common injuries we'll be talking about are: ankle, knee, wrist and shoulder sprain/strain injuries, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, jumpers knee, rotator cuff tear, tennis and golfers elbow, overuse injuries, tendonitis, muscle tears, numbness and tingling. We'll also discuss if you should apply ice or apply heat to an injury, or whether to rest or keep going.

I personally have had many of these symptoms before and I'm always looking for new techniques to heal myself faster. I have also treated all of these symptoms with great success. I specialize in sports injury prevention and rehab in my office. If you want to get back on the bike or golf course or whatever it is you love to do lets Meetup and find a faster better way
