In this meetup we will be examining the shoulder and many of the common shoulder injuries. You will learn how to stretch and strengthen properly to avoid possible shoulder injuries. Also if you have any shoulder injuries we will show you what stretches and exercises to do and what NOT to do.
We will be joined this time by a special guest speaker Saul Jimenez. Saul is a USAW Club Coach and CrossFit Level 1 Instructor. Saul will guide us through a quick assessment of the shoulder along with appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises.
